WHY IT IS…WHAT IT IS…HOW TO BECOME A PART OF IT

What’s it all about?

I’m a coach…trainer…and motivational speaker who’s currently on his way to qualifying as a soft tissue therapist…Four years ago I came up with a concept while working with a group of Marines.

Something for the public that evaded all of the generic convention seen in 99% of the fitness industry…and I rolled it out to a small group of women.

It wasn’t designed to be an exercise class…it wasn’t designed just for women…I was building a concept that had never been done before and needed people who would be willing to learn…develop…and grow with me…I didnt know where it was going!

I started the idea with 8 people…2 weeks later I had 27 …3 months later…we had to put on another class…one month later…I had requests to do them elsewhere.

The problem I have had is…My job isn’t a class instructor…I have quite a few clients that range from the general public to athletes…and none have really ever left or stopped working me (they must be crazy😂) So most of my time is always dedicated to that.

People have been asking me to focus on rolling these classes out for a long time because they’ve wanted a chance to see what it’s all about…and why people are all saying they are so different.

I havent been able to previously do this…and the accesibility of it all has been limited as my 3 classes in Altrincham the majority of time were booked every week with the same people for 3 years…my class in the city centre has been fully booked with the same people for 2 years…and my class in Stockport has gone that way.

SO…I’m going to put on 4 new classes at Altrincham Football Club at various times…once they get booked up…I’m going to see if I can make time to do them in a few other places.

I’m really excited as this brings some amazing new people in to my life!

These are a piece of my heart…the product of dedicating every solitary single second…to what I believe in and love doing…There is never a time you turn up and don’t get my absolute all.

Some people have called it “The truth”…A “full body” workout that creates continuous environmental change to the musculoskeletal system.

If you are prepared to believe in how gifted…and how amazing you are…if you have the heart…the valour…the resiliency…then this gives the body that stimulus needed to transform…to tax the mind…and push you to places 99% of people will only ever tell you…you can’t go.

This is for those that want to go that little further…than those that go that little further.

It’s not about posing…or how sexy your arse is…its about a group of singular individuals…all in it together…male and female…side by side…pushing through that beautiful storm in order to get out the otherside…to be able to wake up tomorrow stronger…fitter…more mobile and more efficient.

Its a feeling…one felt and shared by a whole room.

Do…or don’t…Take that step…or don’t take that step…choice is yours.

Regardless…We are all born gifted…all born amazing…all born capable of spectacular brilliance.

Escaping and evading all of the marketing and the fallacy of the industry…rattling cages…and disturbing the paradigm.

The class that couldn’t care less about how sexy your abs are…isnt interested in how low your body fat percentage is…but gets you there and takes you much  much further…if that’s what you are after.

Nice body…but what can you do with it…can you control it…can you connect the dots?

I started this…because…from the bottom of my heart…any class that is based around aesthetically building the front of your stomach and calls itself an abs class…offends me…to the literal Nth degree…and it seems like this is the bullshit society is being force fed with nowadays.

It promotes an illogical…purely superficial way of training…creating distorted rationales…imbalance…and injury.

I do this everyday of my life guys…I see it with my own eyes…Its great…to develop a great physique…but the image should always be secondary to the function…movement…and performance.

TRUEcore…is the full body exertion that addresses it all baby…balance…posture…speed…conditioning…agility…proprioception…physiological and functional movement…I could keep going!! It’s not about flexing your abs…it’s much deeper than that.

Create that positive change you have been looking for my friends…come to an environment of vibrancy…to smile…to have fun…to grow…and be tested past where you thought you could go…both mentally and physically…Feel an unrivaled pride in yourself.

Exxxxxxactly the same as above…at a lesser intensity…ideal for injuries/rehabilitation process…mobility…flexibility…proprioceptive work etc etc.

TRUEcardio

Doesn’t get simpler than this guys…30 min class…5 min warm up…20 min of the most insanely motivating on the spot “cardio” you ever did…5 min cool down…Then on your way.

I’ve never done something like this before…but i’m doing it to show people…alongside the right training…”cardio” training does not have to be 30 min/40 min/an hour of boringness.

I’ve had a paratrooper…a marine…a fighter…a marathon runner…a sprinter…a swimmer…an office worker and a “full time mummy” help me trial this.

They put everything they ever had in to 20 min of certain types of “cardio” and…this is going to be so much fun!
